The White Buffalo is both an online and brick and mortar store. We check our emails and voicemails on a regular basis. Our physical store hours vary depending on the time of year. We generally are open 10:00 to 6:00pm Pacific Standard time daily most of the year. We are located in the Sierra Nevada mountains in the Lake Tahoe area. Snow storms and power outages can impact our store hours. If we don't get back to you during the winter months immediately please keep this in mind.
